TOTÓ Opening This Week in Dubai: A Luxurious Italian Dining Experience Backed by Rafael Nadal and Cristiano Ronaldo

TOTÓ, one of the most famous Italian restaurants is ready to start its functioning in Dubai within Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection in Downtown Dubai during this weekend. TOTÓ is a restaurant of Abu Dhabi that has recently opened this facility, being its third branch in Madrid, Spain being the second, the other one being in Saadiyat Island.

The new character, TOTÓ, supporting Rafael Nadal, Cristiano Ronaldo and Pau Gasol recreates the Italian moviedom of the 1950-1960’s. As for the interior, the restaurant is accredited to rustic luxury, starting with wooden flooring, eye-popping artwork to beautiful Italian cinematographic touch or eh sophisticated Dubai feel.

The customers will find extensive food variety and a possibility to become witnesses of the kitchen process due to the open-styled restaurant. The choice reflected in the menu is Italian-Mediterranean dishes made from true recipes and traditional preparations inherited from preceding generations. Chef Angelo Santi, who has true 25 year’s background in culinary, leads the kitchen and together with him Chef Vincenzo Palermo, winner of two Gambero Rosso awards, is famous for creating outstanding pizzas.

The specialties of the house to look out for include burrata Pugliese, vitello tonnato, parmigiana di zucchine, la carbonara, and polpo alla brace. As for the sweets lovers’ there is tiramisù TOTÓ, burrata cheesecake, and Italian gelato for the guests. On the beverage side, Giovanni serves fine and rare wines, great and innovative cocktails, the exclusive imports are – for instance, a special rosé from Frescobaldi.

For the enlightening of the dining, TOTÓ brings in the house DJ that provides live performances on Thursdays to Saturdays.
