Dubai’s First Beach Club Near Burj Khalifa to Open on Island in Marasi Bay

The first beach club in Dubai will be launched in the district of Burj Khalifa and will offer an entirely new experience in one of the most iconic locations in the city. With numerous beach clubs lining the coasts of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah, the city of Dubai is now bringing this concept to the mainland, to Downtown Dubai, courtesy of the top real estate developer OMNIYAT.

The new beach club will be including the Marasi Bay Island development, an artificial island on the Dubai Water Canal. This is unlike the conventional beach clubs that are found on a natural shoreline because this will bring the luxury leisure and wellness experience in the city center.

OMNIYAT has recently declared that Marasi Bay Island is to be developed into a luxury quayside place, integrating elite residential areas and five-star hotel and resort, wellness areas, and currently, a top-notch beach club. It is also going to feature retail shops, event spaces and even a floating green park, which will make it a very interesting addition to the urban lifestyle in Dubai.

It will be the first beach-style venue to open in the Burj Khalifa district, known for its skyscrapers and city atmosphere. The idea is to provide the residents of the city and the tourists with an opportunity to experience a resort-like leisure right within Downtown Dubai.

Although details of the beach club are yet to be fully announced, together with the date of its opening, it is likely to feature both day and night life, with night swimming being one of the activities, already a trend, to cool the hot summers in the city.

Through the project, OMNIYAT is redefining urban luxury once again in Dubai. The upcoming beach club on Marasi Bay Island is set to offer a unique combination of the dynamic urban lifestyle and the calm waterfront retreat that the residents and the visitors of the city have never had a chance to experience before.

Beach clubs: Dubai is redefining this scene – again, with the world tallest tower in the background.
