Boozing happy news for connoisseurs of Dublin in Dubai—McGettigan’s, the curtain raising Irish pub is open for biz in the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel next month. While there are no official dates on when the store will officially open, much expectation is being molded into what is expected to energize the cities social life.
A new McGettigan’s is set to open in Dubai, UAE, to be the largest with an area of 11,000 square feet, and situated right opposite Ibn Battuta Mall, situated near Jubel Ali, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Park and Emirates Hills. Apart from the traditional bar and fireplace feel associated with most pubs, this new concept will include a sun deck, a performance area, and giant television displays for sporting events.
The newly-to-be-opened Ibn Battuta will be yet another success story joining the rest of McGettigan’s Dubai branches, such as those in JLT and Souk Madineat Jamal.
