As per the directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi, H. H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council has ratified the second housing and benefits Al package Kan 2024 for the citizens of Abu Dhabi. Net of AED 3. 309 billion, this package targets 2015 voters and citizens across the emirate.
The housing benefits include 785 housing loans amounting more than AED 3. 046 billion, for 1,766 citizens Furthermore, 782 of balghaiylam housing loan; the residential units in the Balghaiylam residential project. Patent social beneficiaries who do not pay for housing loans include elderly citizens, low-income retirees and citizen families of deceased persons totaling to 262,875,342 AED benefiting directly 249 persons.
The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the Chairman Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa has conveyed thankfulness to the UAE leadership for their supporting nature and care towards housing, citizens, and their families.
