Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Secures Lease Agreement with Hainan Airlines for Four Boeing 737-8 Aircraft

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd have leased four new Boeing 737-8 aircraft with Hainan Airlines, for delivery in the end of 2025 and early 2026. This partnership continues the good initiative between the two companies because of the deep cooperation helping Hainan Airlines to develop and modernize the operational systems.

Firoz Tarapore the CEO of DAE also highlighted importance of this cooperation by saying “It is a pleasure for DAE to enhance our ties with Hainan Airlines as we continue to experience a trusted cooperation. They added: “These new Boeing 737-8 aircraft will enable Hainan’s strategic growth plan and operation requirements, and I expect a long and successful cooperation with the airline.”

The strategic agreement was described by Yu Chaojie, the chief executive of Hainan Airlines, as follows: “The introduction of the new aircraft is an important long-term development plan for the company and the enhancement of its fleet. This has been made possible by the support of the DAE as we are able to develop efficient operational operations, manage costs besides increasing fuel efficiency-a key factor in current operating environment of airlines.

The incorporation of these Boeing 737-8 models is in line with Hainan Airlines’ strategic visions of achieving a young fleet and lowest maintenance costs possible. The partnership re-emphasises DAE’s principle of offering dependable air crafts of the latest technology to airlines across the globe. Today, DAE controls the fleet of more than 500 aircrafts, among them 215 Boeing, and the company continues its development to respond to the further demands in the aviation sphere.

These two arrangements further signifying both companies’ commitment to develop and enhance their partnership through progressive lease innovations necessary in meeting their ever-changing industry solutions.
