Now in its third year, the forum’s main purpose is to provide coverage of global problems, discuss prospects for their solution, and encourage forward-thinking ideas in various fields of activity. His Excellency Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Vice Chairman of DFF, said that DFF is a platform to continue positive discussions of global challenges. ”Speaking at the Dubai Future Forum Gala Dinner, the vision is to build partnerships that drive the future agenda around the world as Dubai at the core of this progress,” he said.
The 2024 forum will focus on five main themes: Nature, Advancement for Future Generations, Change, Health and Resourceful Future Visionary. These themes will set overtone of the talks on energy, food, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, biomedical, nature and sustainable societal systems. There will be more than 70 panels and workshops with over 150 speakers, including ministers, leaders of CEOS, academics, as well as futurists mapping out the way to a sustainable and innovative future.

The initiative has been setup under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and focuses on creating innovation in addressing societal problems.
Supplementing the forum with other activities occurring on the scale of the city and involving cultural workshops, the showings of films, and public debates.
