The Dubai Future Forum 2024 will host more than 2,500 futurists and international speakers at the Museum of the Future on November 19–20. Organised by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) as part of its Super Tuesday programme, this third edition marks the world's largest annual gathering of futurists, drawing participants from over 100 countries and 100 leading foresight institutions.
A Platform for Global Foresight
Now in its third year, the forum's core mission is to examine global challenges, explore pathways to solutions, and foster forward-thinking ideas across critical sectors. His Excellency Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Vice Chairman of DFF, underscored the event's significance: "The vision is to build partnerships that drive the future agenda around the world, with Dubai at the core of this progress."
Five Themes Shaping the Future
Dubai Future Forum 2024 is structured around five defining themes: Futuring Nature, Empowering Generations, Transforming Humanity, Optimising Health, and Foresight Insights. These themes anchor discussions on energy, food security, artificial intelligence, the digital economy, biomedicine, nature regeneration, and sustainable social systems.
More than 70 keynote addresses, panels, and workshops will feature over 150 speakers — including government ministers, CEOs, academics, and futurists — mapping credible routes to a more innovative and sustainable world.
AED 100 Million for Dubai Future Solutions
A centrepiece of this year's forum is the announcement of 100 innovative projects under Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity, supported by AED 100 million in funding from the Hussain Sajwani – DAMAC Foundation. Led by Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative channels investment into breakthrough ideas targeting urgent societal challenges.
City-Wide Activations
Beyond the Museum of the Future, Dubai Future Forum 2024 extends into the broader city through cultural workshops, film screenings, and open public debates. These city-wide events are designed to bring foresight conversations to a wider audience, reinforcing Dubai's standing as a global hub for future-focused thinking and sustainable innovation.
The forum opens November 19 and runs through November 20 at the Museum of the Future, Dubai.
