Dubai International Airport Braces for 3.7 Million Passengers During Summer Travel Surge

The Dubai International Airport (DXB) is poised to experience a massive uptick in the frequency of passengers with more than 3. 7 million passengers expected to pass through the airport within the span of two weeks starting June 12 till June 25 due to the end of the academic year. The year round, the traffic is projected at 96. 48 million passengers per day, with June 22 expected to record the highest with a daily passanger traffic expected to be 287,000.

To ensure that families who are looking forward to spending their holidays on the beaches have an enjoyable flying experience, the airport is focused on delivering a positive message. Dubai International Airport Offers Tips for Upcoming Travelers:

Emirates Passengers: Has the opportunity to use home check-in, early, self-service check-in.
flydubai Passengers: Have to warn passengers that it is necessary to get to the terminal at least four hours before the flight.
Other Airlines: This should be avoided by passengers intending to arrive early, especially not before three hours to their expected flight time, when online check in has been facilitated.
Baggage and Packing: Passengers are advised to clarify on baggage policies and regulations from specific airlines they wish to take before undertaking the journey. On security, having metal items and liquids ready in the hand baggage saves time since it is easier to be frisked than to frisk somebody and realize that he had left these essential items behind.
Smart Gates: That’s why families should be given an opportunity to go through the passport control faster if they have kids older than 12.
Travel Documents: The final recommendation any traveler must be willing to do is to make sure the documents are in order for the intended country of destination.
Packing Essentials: Dividing the packing necessities to other areas such as weighing the luggage before departure can also be time-saving. During busy hours only individuals who are included on the current flight manifest will be permitted entry into the terminal.
Transportation: It is a system of high speed transportation that is used to transport passengers between terminals and the airport to reduce on road transport. The arrivals forecourt access is limited to public transport vehicles, official vehicles and all other forms of transport.
