One of the recent additions to the Dubai Mall and other similar facilities is the introduction of parking fees in mid-2024 and payment through Salik. Though the commencement of the new fee structure has not been stated officially, the following is what the company stood to gain.

Here’s the breakdown of the parking fees at Dubai Mall:

Weekdays (Monday to Thursday):

  • 0 to 4 hours: Free
  • 4 to 5 hours: AED 40
  • 5 to 6 hours: AED 60
  • 6 to 7 hours: AED 80
  • 8 to 12 hours: AED 100
  • 12 to 24 hours: AED 500
  • Over 24 hours: AED 1,000

Weekends (Friday to Sunday):

  • 0 to 6 hours: Free
  • 6 to 7 hours: AED 80
  • 7 to 8 hours: AED 100
  • 8 to 12 hours: AED 200
  • 12 to 24 hours: AED 500
  • Over 24 hours: AED 1,000

These fees will only be charged to cars accessing the parking lots commonly known as Grand parking, Cinema parking, and Fashion Avenue parking. Nevertheless, the parking zones in Zabeel and Fountain Views will remain open for public use due to the current circumstances.

Exemptions from the parking fees include:

  • People of determination
  • Police, ambulance, emergency response vehicles, Civil Defense or other entities responsible for maintaining the public order.
  • Valet drop-offs

It is therefore advisable to organize your visits to these areas in a manner that sees you take advantage of the time when am allowed to park free.
