Dubai Municipality Unveils Upgraded Dubai Building Permits App

The Dubai Municipality has recently released version 2 of the Dubai Building Permits the abbreviated name of which is Dubai BPs, this is an android based application that provides services and information on building permits in the Emirate of Dubai. This new version introduces a range of enhancements to enhance the functioning of the program and cover the needs of the owners of buildings under construction, construction companies, and consultants.

Among them, there is an important addition in the form of a new widget that can be used to view extended data on the land plots belonging to the owners of the buildings. It has now expanded its capabilities to incorporate a refine search button in an effort to enable the user find registered consultant and contractors in Dubai. Moreover, the building owners can review the status and the type and number of active projects of the consultants and contractors in the app and it has been established to be invaluable in the decision making process of selecting consultants and contractors.

Other features include an electronic payment option that has been added by Dubai Municipality through Dubai Pay where one can now complete all monetary transactions and pay for fees of buildings through the application. New services like the annex licensing and the requests for approved engineering plans have also been implemented, thereby enriching the general capabilities of the application.
