بلدية دبي | Dubai Municipality

For its third year Dubai Municipality welcomes back the Ramadan Market to serve residents and visitors as their convenient fasting preparation destination. The market will open at the Grand Souq in Deira on Saturday January 25 2025 where it will operate from 10 AM to 10 PM daily until Saturday February 22.

During the Ramadan Souq shopping experience residents can purchase essential items alongside electronic devices along with unique specialty goods at attractive rates for their upcoming fast. Special goods for Emirati event ‘Hag Al Laila’ marked on February 14 (15th of Sha’ban) will be available at the market.

The event this year expands beyond its marketplace presence to deliver entertainment performances and instructional sessions together with child-centric programs which create a dynamic and communal celebration environment. The expected sight of the crescent moon on Friday, February 28 points to a Saturday, March 1 start date for Ramadan which will make the Souq an ideal venue before Ramadan begins.

At this market visitors can experience Dubai’s cultural core through retail opportunities together with shared community and traditional elements. The upcoming weeks will introduce additional Ramadan pop-up markets which will join ongoing holiday festivities throughout the city.
