GDRFA Dubai Wins Gold at 2024 Stevie Awards for Organisational Development

The GDRFA Dubai team has been recognised and awarded a Gold Category award from the 2024 Stevie Awards for Great Employers held in New York City. The best HRM award of the year honours GDRFA’s innovation in the Human Resources Management stream for its ‘Organisational Development and Talent Planning System’.

The Assistant General Director of Human Resources and Finance at the Directorate Major Brigadier Awad Al Awaim also discussed its efforts to apply modern scientific methodologies in everyday work, encourage innovation, and to produce national human capacities. This approach has made GDRFA be recognized internationally in talent management and organisational flexibility.

The GDRFA’s most important positions in strategic human resource management and innovative organisational development were highlighted when Head of Career Needs and Emiratization Aisha Saeed Al Mazrouei and Head of Organisational Structures Maryam Mohammed Al Badawi accepted the award.

The project involves the concept of organisational agility brought about by integration of competence and SWP to promise future vision and leadership in HRM.
