It’s Official: Mexican Fast-Food Chain Chipotle to Open in Dubai This October

Dubai – Cult American fast-food chain Chipotle is to arrive in the UAE next month opening its first branch at The Beach Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).

Well known for its quick Mexican cuisine that is served hot with very little time between preparing and serving the foods, Chipotle has a range of foods that includes; Burritos, Bowls, Tacos, Quesadillas and Salads. Some of the recognised toppings include chicken, steak, braised beef, plant protein, guacamole and beans. And the toppings are numerous and are included at no additional cost, black beans, veggies from fajitas, rice, salsa.

Currently Chipotle’s expansion in the Middle East is under the partnership with the Alshaya Group, opening the first Chipotle restaurant in Kuwait in this May, next one in dubai is the second step in the plan to open four restaurants in UAE by the end of 2024.

“Consumers have always been anticipating Chipotle outlet to open here in the Middle East and according to the reports I have gotten the cuisine that they are providing to the guests is as excellent as those being offered in other Chipotle outlets in US,” Joe Hadden, Chief Executive Officer of Alshaya Group. “We are privileged to have launched this fast-food American restaurant in Kuwait, and are eagerly waiting for the Dubai store by later this year as the first outlets under our special alliance with Chipotle. ”

There is good news for lovers of Chipotle Mexican Grill, this October the brand will be in The Beach, JBR in Dubai.
