Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced plans for an ambitious AED30 billion project, creating what they call the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city in Dubai. The development, named Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, will span 10 million square feet in the Meydan area and is designed as a multi-tower, self-sustained urban district.

A City Within a City
The masterplan integrates luxury residences with cultural and leisure hubs, retail boulevards, green corridors, parks, mobility hubs, wellness and sports zones, and dining and entertainment spaces. The vision is to offer residents a fully connected lifestyle where all amenities are within walking distance, blending high-end living with Mercedes-Benz’s Sensual Purity design philosophy.

A Milestone Collaboration
This project represents the second branded residential partnership between Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz, following the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai. It is also the first masterplanned community in Binghatti’s history.

Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, said, “To partner once again with Mercedes-Benz is a testament to our shared philosophy of excellence, precision, and timeless design. This masterplan will become one of Dubai’s most distinguished destinations and a true symbol of elevated living.”
