Plans Unveiled for Dhs5 Billion Luxury Residences with Dubai’s Longest Infinity Pool and Music Studio

As Dubai continues to build upwards yet again, there are new projects in the pipeline as Arada plans a Dhs5 billion seafront residential project. The luxury property will comprise over 400 luxurious apartments with opening direct to Dubai Harbour, luxurious amenities such as the longest infinity pool in Dubai, and private recording studio.

Slated for delivery in 2027, the construction includes partners with Marriott International. The unique attraction would be a 200 meters long infinity pool and for the residents of these three towers the wondrous Ain Dubai would be within their sight line thus adding on the luxurious factor to this project. Currently, future homeowners can decide on whether they want a one bedroom apartment, a five bedroom house or even a five bedroom house with a penthouse that contains a swimming pool.

Smart technology, lavish accommodation and stylish design layout together with floor to ceiling windows giving panoramic view of its surroundings will be a feature of each unit. Central to the design, a podium links the two towers and contains such luxury services as a clubhouse, sports/entertainment facility, movie theater, fitness zone, spa and wellness area, and, of course, music facility.

Some of the public zones will comprise of restaurants for fine dining with marina views and ground floor retail uses at the podium to maximise the lifestyle appeal for the living facilities. Furthermore, there will be provision for new bridge that connects the development to Sheikh Zayed Road without passing through Dubai marina.
