Mohammed bin Rashid Pardons 686 Prisoners Ahead of Eid Al Adha

These individuals were found guilty of offenses all across Dubai’s correctional and punitive institutions and were detainees of different nationalities After Eid Al Adha, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai as well as the Vice President and Prime Minister has ordered the release of 686 inmates.

Chancellor of Dubai’s Attorney General, Essam Issa Al-Humaidan said that the pardoning process is an evident demonstration of how Sheikh Mohammed is enhancing the lives of the pardoning individuals and giving them an opportunity to transform and… It is important to note that the Dubai Public Prosecution, in conjunction with Dubai Police, has already initiated the necessary legal steps towards the enforcement of the order of the Ruler of Dubai.
