Published by H. H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah: New enrollment children in Sharjah nurseries to receive more seats. This effort will ensure that all registered children as clearly outlined by the authorities would be eventually placed in the nurseries, according to the number of 1, 781 children.
On the “Direct Line” programme, H. H. said in a telephone interview with Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, “Regarding the registration, there were 1,781 children who registered in government nurseries in Sharjah, while we have 1,335 spots for children to attend nurseries preparing them to go to kindergarten; there are new builds included in the older building; additional 446 are needed, for which we will be opening this month and
On the curriculum in such nurseries, His Highness said, “Children in Sharjah nurseries receive a highly elaborate curriculum from the time they get admitted, drafted in consultation with counterparts from Europe. The art of nurturing and learning in these nurseries is a calculated, scientific and educational process. ”
In conclusion, H. H. said, “These nurseries play an important role in laying foundation of the children since the childhood, we love our children and don’t want them sit idle at home without getting education specially if the parents are working then they want their children to be well educated, for that reason, more nurseries are constructed and seats are booked for all parents who have registered their children in the Sharjah nurseries. ”
