The UAE had its scorching Friday on Friday as the mercury levels rose near 50° C and this is forecast as a heatwave in the entire country.
According to the National Center of Meteorology, the maximum temperature was recorded at 49. 2°C in the Rawdah area of Al Ain at 2:15 pm. ” Other parts also received scorching sun and had even recorded temperatures between 45 and 48 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.
