Tyla’s Global Rise

South African superstar Tyla has quickly become one of the most influential names in contemporary pop and Afrobeats. Her breakout hit “Water” became a worldwide phenomenon, reaching the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 and making her the highest-charting African female solo artist in the chart’s history.

In 2024, Tyla made history by winning the inaugural GRAMMY Award for Best African Music Performance for “Water.” She later secured a second GRAMMY in the same category for “Push 2 Start,” cementing her place as a major global force.

Her self-titled debut album TYLA continued the momentum, landing 12 tracks simultaneously on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart. Fan favourites like “Truth or Dare” and “Chanel” are expected to feature in her Jeddah setlist.
