Luxury dining brand Nusr-Et has confirmed plans to open a new location at Dubai Mall in 2026, strengthening its presence in one of the world’s most prominent dining destinations.

The internationally recognised restaurant group founded by Turkish chef and restaurateur Nusret Gökçe, widely known as Salt Bae, continues its global expansion with the announcement of a new Saltbae Burger outlet at Dubai Mall.

The upcoming venue will further reinforce Dubai’s role as a key market for the brand, which has built a reputation for premium cuts of meat, theatrical tableside presentations and a distinctive dining experience.

The Dubai Mall location is expected to expand the company’s footprint in the luxury fast-casual dining segment, complementing its existing steakhouse operations in the region.

Nusr-Et has grown into a global hospitality brand with more than 20 restaurants across three continents and a workforce of over 1,600 employees worldwide.

The Dubai opening also forms part of a wider international expansion strategy. The brand is preparing to launch its first Latin American restaurant at The St. Regis Mexico City, marking an important milestone in its global rollout.
