Luxury dining brand Nusr-Et has confirmed plans to open a new Saltbae Burger location at Dubai Mall in 2026, strengthening the group's presence in one of the world's most prominent dining destinations.
Salt Bae Brings Saltbae Burger to Dubai Mall
The internationally recognised restaurant group was founded by Turkish chef and restaurateur Nusret Gökçe, widely known as Salt Bae. The brand continues its global expansion with the announcement of a new Saltbae Burger outlet at Dubai Mall — a fast-casual concept that complements Nusr-Et's established steakhouse operations in the region.
The upcoming venue will further reinforce Dubai's role as a key market for the brand, which has built a reputation for premium cuts of meat, theatrical tableside presentations, and a distinctive dining experience.
Expanding Dubai's Luxury Fast-Casual Dining Scene
The Dubai Mall location is expected to grow the company's footprint in the luxury fast-casual dining segment, sitting alongside its existing steakhouse operations across the UAE.
Nusr-Et has grown into a global hospitality brand with more than 20 restaurants across three continents and a workforce of over 1,600 employees worldwide.
Global Rollout: Mexico City, Milan, and Ibiza
The Dubai opening forms part of a wider international expansion strategy. The brand is preparing to launch its first Latin American restaurant at The St. Regis Mexico City, marking an important milestone in its global rollout.
In Europe, the company recently opened a new restaurant in Milan — its first location in Italy — while another venue is planned in Ibiza as the group continues to expand across key international destinations.
What Nusret Gökçe Said About the Expansion
Speaking about the expansion, Nusret Gökçe said the warm reception of new openings reflects the brand's dedication to quality and memorable service.
He noted that the positive response from guests and media following the Milan launch reinforces the company's commitment to delivering a distinctive dining experience in cities that appreciate premium hospitality.
Dubai Remains a Top Destination for Global Dining Brands
The planned Dubai Mall flagship highlights the emirate's continued appeal as a global hub for luxury hospitality, fine dining, and experiential restaurants, attracting internationally recognised brands looking to grow their presence in the Middle East.
