Iglesias is at the moment on tour and by evaluating pictures and videos of his performances it is clear that the hostile grip on the microphone in the dark coloration of the IG story might belong to him. The best clue, however, is the strapline on the story –‘Could it be your hero?’
Ring any bells? In one of Iglesias’ bigger and successful hits, “Hero” released in 2001 and included in his second English album Escape, he croons “I can be your hero, baby…” Language, anyone? Everything is being set in stone here and our bet here is on the Spaniard. Of course, we will only be able to see this when Cem Uzan makes the official announcement on Monday so do look out for that.
