Promising the same, in the next five years or before the end of 2024, Etihad Airways is going for more recruitment drives of around 1000 cabin crews. This new implementation which is launched on the world cabin crew day is one of the measures taken in line with the firm’s general managerial plan in order to facilitate its rapid advancement in the aviation industry.
Global Recruitment Campaign
Cabin crew recruitment could not be easier as Etihad said it has hired over 1,000 new cabin crew members this year and wants to double this figure by the end of the year. This latest recruitment drive for international flight attendants demonstrates that the airline is dedicated to providing not only quality services that are associated with hospitality, but also creating chances for people who wish to join the aviation industry.

The fact that Etihad airways’ crew is made up of people from 112 different nationalities, the various benefits are offered to the team, which include a relatively good wages, fully furnished, and modern accommodation, comprehensive medical insurance and state long provisioning. The cabin crew will get a chance to serve on Etihad Airways’ technologically advanced inventory, which include the technically engineered Airbus A380s, the Boeing 787-9 and 777 aircrafts and the Airbus A320 and A321 families.

And, Etihad has a virtual recruitment system where the employer and candidates can be anywhere in the world and the candidates can select the time they wish to have their interviews. No prior experience is necessary as engaging members will be trained further by Etihad Aviation Training in its Zayed Campus situated in the vicinity to the airline’s base in Abu Dhabi.
