Digital Dubai revealed its plans to attend GITEX Global 2024 and reveal the latest solutions that are defining Dubai’s digital evolution. The event will take place from 14th to 18th October 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will host over forty five entities from both the Dubai government and the private sector in the ‘Dubai Government Pavilion.’
According to Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, the Director-General of the Digital Dubai corporation, the exhibition GITEX Global plays the crucial role of illustrating the development of Dubai in the sphere of digital advances and artificial intelligence. That is why, the event will showcase innovative AI-based products and services that will illustrate Dubai’s vision to become a smart city.
The ‘Dubai Government Pavilion’ will have 36 Dubai government departments and many private companies showcasing Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security and Digital services among other things. 6000 plus exhibitors and 1800 plus speakers will convene at the event with focus on AI, mobility and sustainable technologies.
The initiative Digital Dubai has been established to provide financial capacities for AED 100 billion in the sphere of digital economy, improve the questions of safety in the digital space, and increase the position of the state in the ranking of e- government of the USA. GITEX Global 2024 will be following a few years from now and it is expected to be a milestone to Dubai’s Digitalization Drive.
