The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) starts a new program to bring people from different jobs into teaching through comprehensive training support. This educational program offers both training and certification by awarding an accredited one-year postgraduate teaching diploma.

ADEK started a teaching program that helps interested non-educators earn a teaching diploma and enter the profession.
The initiative opens its doors to local UAE residents and international experts while building a teaching workforce that values differences. This initiative looks for expert communicators who enjoy teaching others and can adapt well to verschillende situations. The program welcomes experienced professionals who want to teach or parents looking to transition from a domestic role to a teaching career.

Training and Support
ADEK will provide funding to let 125 individuals begin their teacher training program at Abu Dhabi University and other leading education centers. Participants will learn classroom management skills alongside leadership abilities and use of tech in education while preparing for current educational needs.

Pathway to Teaching
Upon completing the program, graduates will be placed in charter schools across Abu Dhabi, equipped with practical skills to:

Build educational plans that work optimally for students.
Make learning activities that work best for students to understand their lessons.
Design testing methods that are creative and modern.
The program shows students how to inspire learning while serving distinct needs to develop graduates who have firm teaching principles.

Eligibility and Legacy
To apply candidates need to possess a bachelor’s degree from any subject area while fulfilling the program’s age requirements. Members who complete the program will bring their unique viewpoints into Abu Dhabi schools to improve how students learn and build the future.

The program seeks to upgrade Abu Dhabi’s education by presenting experienced and motivated teachers who will teach students with excellence.
