Taaleem Holdings PJSC is set to open a second Harrow International School in Dubai at the start of the 2026 academic year — marking a significant milestone in the UAE's super-premium education sector. The UAE-based education provider received initial approval from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) to construct the campus on a 50,000-square-metre plot along Hessa Street.
New Harrow International School Dubai Campus Details
The upcoming Harrow International School Dubai campus will welcome its first cohort of students in 2026 and is designed to accommodate up to 1,800 students at full capacity. The facility will deliver Harrow's renowned British curriculum, placing particular emphasis on strong academics, leadership training, and complete student development — the defining hallmarks of the historic Harrow brand.
Award-winning Dubai-based architectural firm KODA designed the school, incorporating dedicated educational spaces, superior sports facilities, and a range of leadership programmes that uphold the core principles Harrow has championed for centuries. The institution aims to deliver premium, traditional education while meeting the needs of today's students.
Taaleem's Super-Premium Expansion Strategy
The new Harrow International School Dubai strengthens Taaleem's position in the UAE's super-premium education segment and advances its wider strategy to grow diverse, high-value educational programmes. Together with its portfolio of 38 existing schools, Taaleem anticipates the second Harrow campus will deliver sustained long-term value for shareholders.
As announced on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Taaleem described the project as "an essential point in our expansion trajectory," reaffirming the group's commitment to delivering international-calibre education across the UAE.
Building on the Success of the First Harrow Dubai
The success of Taaleem's first Harrow International School in Dubai has driven demand for a second campus. Growing appetite for premium British-style schooling across the Arabian Peninsula, combined with Dubai's reputation as an international education destination, underpins the expansion. The opening of this second institution further cements Dubai's standing as a global hub for educational excellence and innovation.
