Cristiano Ronaldo and Rafael Nadal Open TATEL Restaurant in Dubai

part of the lustre of TATEL Dubai – which has finally swung its doors open in the bustling district of Downtown Dubai – is celebrity endorsement together with Spanish gastronomy. TATEL Dubai was later launched in 2018 under the support of tennis stars Rafael Nadal and Cristiano Ronaldo, basketball player Pau Gasol with Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, formerly known as VIDA Downtown Dubai.

TATEL also has a wide Spanish food menu with a fusion of other international meals served with live performances during the week. La Milanesa de TATEL to which garnishes are added sous vide egg and grated black truffle, and the combination of the indicated Mediterranean and other delights that are served on the menu with Spanish omelettes with truffle. To begin, there is carpaccio de atún rojo, ensaladilla con gambas, freshly shucked oysters and others. In relation to the main course, the specialties are arroz con costilla de vacuno, slow-cooked beef ribs with paellized rice and risotto con trufa. It would be unheard of to leave TATEL without ordering the torrija: the magnificent, dare one say pyrotechnic, theatricality of which is served at the table.

The restaurant has a flair of the prohibition era speakeasies accompanied by live music on weekends and occasional live recordings by resident and guest DJs during the rest of the week. TATEL Dubai has a sitting area featuring a bar area of the style of the prohibition period, a kitchen area with open dining, and there are sections for private dining. It also has a garden terrace for the guests to enjoy especially when it is cold outside.

TATEL Restaurant was born in Madrid in 2014 with branches currently in Ibiza, Beverly Hills, Riyadh. The restaurant is famous for attracting celebrities and gourmet lovers. It is for this reason that Paul Plesur’s success is set to carry on in Dubai.
