Dubai has been recognized at the top among other cities concerning the ability to attract talented individuals, where Kearney Global Cities Report was recently released with the data for 2024. The report draws especial attention to the emirate of movement; Dubai has recently amended the rules for issuing a visa to attract skilled foreign workers to the city. The new site shares theleading position with Abu Dhabi underscoring the UAE’s ongoing measures to be a country of attraction for talent from all across the world.

Kearney’s index measures essentially measures competitiveness in relation to generating, attracting and maintaining human capital in addition to the other known factors that are economic growth & innovation. This has been greatly facilitated through the various opportunities for immigration in the UAE manifest in the Golden Visa, Green Visa for self-employed individuals and Blue Visa for environment specialists have made Dubai together with Abu Dhabi to be among the most attractive cities in the world to foreign workforce.

Besides, talent attraction, Dubai obtained the 24th place globally, as well as the first place in the MENA region referring to global connection and engagement. It ranked 15th for business, 37th for people, and 17th for culture, which was the fourth year in a row the city made the top 25 cities globally.

Thus, with the formulated and effectively implemented policies and the major cosmopolitan relations, Dubai has remained a plan of first choice for opportunity hunting and career built and long time residence.
