Modon Unveils Maysan Development on Reem Island, Offering Over 300 New Homes

A new freehold residential project Maysan, developed by Abu Dhabi based Modon is an upscale residential community at Reem Island. Spanning over 600,000 square meters, the first phase introduces two distinct districts: Mayar and Thoraya villages occupying total of over 300 houses.

Mayar is planned to consist of the new housing typology in Abu Dhabi – 132 stacked maisonettes intended for horizontal integration with the nature and inside-outside living. These Four-Bedroom each of four-story homes will be contain master plan of Gated community with Central park with scenic walking trails in purposively planned to be center of attraction to families, investors, and individuals to meet the desired resort lifestyle they want for their dream home.

The second district, Thoraya, will present 184 townhouses made from exquisite materials with modern architectural solutions and a focus on community life. There will be common barbeque area, open landscaped spaces and parks with children facilities, and an exercise facility.

Maysan plans patio, beach, park, community center and green spine which will provide lifestyle features in a healthy living environment. Similarly, the same man group CEO of Modon Holding, said that the project aimed at improving the quality of people’s lives with reference to the Abu Dhabi vision of sustainable human growth and urbanism. Ibrahim Al Maghribi of Modon Real Estate Company CEO stressed that the project aims in delivering tangible success full of excitement and vitality to create well-planned projects.

Subsequent phases of Maysan will consist of villas, park district villas, and beach residences, all being large homes with three to five bedroom layouts. Maysan will be poised to be the new to-go place for families, working individuals, and investors who consider living in Abu Dhabi a luxury.
