Abu Dhabi-based developer Modon has launched Phase 1 of Maysan, a high-end freehold residential community on Reem Island. The project spans over 600,000 square metres and introduces 316 new homes across two distinct districts — marking one of the most anticipated residential launches on the island in 2024.
Mayar District: Abu Dhabi's First Stacked Maisonettes
The Mayar district comprises 132 stacked maisonettes — a residential typology new to Abu Dhabi. What Modon's Leadership Said

Demand for Phase 1 was exceptionally strong: the 316 homes sold out on the day of launch, underscoring robust investor confidence in Reem Island freehold property.
