With only days left before Social Knockout 3, Abdu Rozik stepped into a different kind of ring — the court of public opinion — and delivered a pointed message to everyone who had written him off. The fight night, set for July 6 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, was one of the most anticipated influencer boxing events of 2024, featuring MoVlogs, Shero Amara, Abdu Rozik, and Erali Boyqobilov.
Rozik Hits Back at His Critics
In a video shared on Instagram, a man confronted Rozik, suggesting he was not fit for competition and could barely stand after a short run. Rozik's response was measured but firm. He told those doubting his ability to box that they were welcome to come and try it themselves — just three days before the biggest fight of his life.
"I'm not disabled! I can get married, I can drive, I can box and I am healthy, alhamdulillah. Please support me," Rozik said in an emotional clip that quickly circulated online.
Boxing Changed His Life
Rozik, who was born in Tajikistan and has lived in Dubai since around 2019, opened up about what the sport has meant to him physically. Before coming to Dubai, he stood at 97cm. After committing to boxing training, he said he had grown to 115cm — a remarkable change he directly attributed to the discipline and physical demands of the sport.
The growth reflects a broader transformation. Rozik has trained under the guidance of professionals including at Dubai-based gyms, and was later appointed a WBC (World Boxing Council) ambassador — recognition that his journey in the sport carries real significance beyond social media.
Dismissing the Rumors
Beyond doubts about his fitness, Rozik addressed a separate wave of speculation about his personal life. "People are also thinking I cannot get married, I cannot drive a car, and I cannot fight. Why? I am the same as all of you guys," he said, pushing back firmly on what he called baseless rumors.
Rozik had recently confirmed his intention to marry an Emirati woman, news that had drawn mixed reactions from his fanbase.
A Message for Parents
Rozik also used the platform to speak directly to parents of children living with conditions similar to his own. He encouraged them not to limit their children's ambitions, urging them to support participation in boxing and other sports. He stressed that children should be given the freedom to pursue whatever they choose.
Social Knockout 3 Fight Night
The event at Coca-Cola Arena on July 6 was one of the biggest influencer boxing cards held in Dubai, drawing fans of social media stars from across the UAE and beyond. Rozik's bout against Erali Boyqobilov — both fighters weighing in at under 66lb — was among the headline matchups on a card that also featured Mo Vlogs stepping into the ring against Shero Amara.
For everyone who had dismissed Rozik as a novelty act, his message ahead of Social Knockout 3 was clear: show up, or stay quiet.
