The Secret Behind FIX Chocolate’s Limited Availability: A Recipe for Viral Success

Kuul kirjutas, et FIX Chocolate, melaneska jões tuontud taimukas, kulinaarsed muna koogid, mis jalustavad hiigitaltu kaablid, prodovitsid ja kohvikud Dubai’s. It doesn’t matter whether it is the pistachio kunafa or the Biscoff cheesecake flavor; every bar is an extremely desired sweet. A Deliveroo exclusive, FIX Chocolate produces two batches per day at 2 pm and 5 pm that tend to get sold out in under a minute.

The reason why there are no branches of FIX Chocolate is the story of its founder, Sarah Hamouda, British-Egyptian lady. Hamouda began creating these chocolates after she had a craving during her pregnancy From this humble background, the chocolates are now made in a professional commercial kitchen. FIX Chocolate became popular overnight after a tiktok video of her kunafa bar; demand for it increased beyond expectations.

As for the limited drops, it is impossible to see them as a part of marketing promotion for the demand, according to Hamouda. Instead of using an on-demand order system, FIX was supposed to be a dessert, but the high demand forced the adoption of a slotting system, she adds. “We’re making bars as fast as we’re physically able to, but bearing in mind that we only make them by hand, our capacity is somewhat limited.”

One drawback is the workmanship – because FIX Chocolate uses word-of-mouth selling to market its bars, every bar is carefully hand-made, which helps the company deliver very high quality chocolate bars but it can make it difficult to serve a large amount of customers. FIX Chocolates retails each bar at Dhs68.25 or Dhs385.50 for a box of six flavours and the exclusivity that the FIX chocolate brand still holds remains a strong testimony to that label.
