WETEX 2024 Green Mobility Hall, organized at the Dubai World Trade Centre between 1st and 3rd October, gives insights into new trends in both personal and public green mobility. Many local and global firms are displaying efficient practices that can help them cut their expenses, enhance energy utilization efficacy, and foster battery electric, and hydrogen electric vehicles.
Organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) based on the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, WETEX supports comprehensive national initiatives including the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy 2030 and the UAE Net Zero by 2050 initiative. DEWA’s MD & CEO, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer underlined that the event will contribute to the development of green mobility as the UAE now ranks as one of the world leaders in EV charging infrastructure.
Among the features showcased at the exhibition are DEWA’s EV Green Charger program, which has expanded to include more than 700 charging stations in Dubai today. In addition, the partnership between DEWA and ENOC Group also brings a new type of fuel known as hydrogen to the market to use clean energy practices in the region.
As more consumers transition to electric or hybrid cars in the UAE, WETEX 2024 is a place for green automotive solutions making Dubai the global leader in green automotive solutions.
