Fiber-optic and microduct solutions company Emtelle has officially launched a $50 million manufacturing and innovation hub in KEZAD Al Ma'mourah, Abu Dhabi. The state-of-the-art 48,000 sq-m complex, developed in cooperation with KEZAD Group, is designed to meet the rapidly growing demand for high-speed telecoms connectivity throughout the MENA region and beyond.
Emtelle's KEZAD Facility: What's Being Built
Strategically located within KEZAD's free-zone infrastructure, the new purpose-built facility consolidates Emtelle's manufacturing, distribution, and R&D operations under one roof. The hub produces microduct tube bundles and pre-connectorized fibre solutions — passive telecom network components that underpin faster, higher-bandwidth broadband services for carriers and operators across the region.
The facility is built to sustainable and energy-efficient standards, reflecting both Emtelle's environmental commitments and KEZAD's green-industrial development goals.
Leadership Voices on the Abu Dhabi Investment
Abdullah Al Hameli, CEO of Economic Cities and Free Zones at AD Ports Group, backed the project as a direct fit with KEZAD's industrial growth strategy and the UAE's Industry 4.0 agenda.
