What To Know

  • The Yas Bay location places the steakhouse in one of the capital’s busiest waterfront districts, with plans reportedly allowing guests to arrive both by land and via the marina — a detail that adds to the venue’s appeal.
  • The announcement comes just one year after the brand launched in Dubai at Central Park Towers, where it recently celebrated its first anniversary with a carnival-style event that attracted a crowd of around 2,000 guests.
  • The value-led approach quickly built a loyal following in Dubai, and the same formula is expected to land in Abu Dhabi.

Rowley’s has officially confirmed its Abu Dhabi expansion, with a new location set to open in Q2 2026 at Yas Bay.

The announcement comes just one year after the brand launched in Dubai at Central Park Towers, where it recently celebrated its first anniversary with a carnival-style event that attracted a crowd of around 2,000 guests.

A Single-Dish Concept Heads to the Capital

Rowley’s is known for keeping things simple. Its concept revolves around one standout dish: steak frites served with unlimited fries and fresh salad. The value-led approach quickly built a loyal following in Dubai, and the same formula is expected to land in Abu Dhabi.

If the Dubai launch is any indication, queues are expected from day one. The popular Dhs50 steak promotion is also expected to return for the Abu Dhabi opening.

Loyalty Programme Launching in Dubai

Back in Dubai, Rowley’s is introducing a new Red Tail Membership this summer. Limited to just 50 members and priced at Dhs999, the loyalty programme promises priority access and exclusive rewards for regular diners.

Throughout the summer, guests can also enjoy complimentary ice cream while stocks last.

Regional Expansion Continues

Rowley’s growth isn’t limited to the UAE. The brand has expanded into Saudi Arabia, where the single-dish steak concept has also gained popularity.

Meanwhile, its sister concept, The Little Fox, continues to grow as a grab-and-go version of the steak frites idea. Locations include Alserkal Avenue, Meydan Racecourse and Dubai Festival City in Dubai, as well as Solitaire Mall in Riyadh.

What to Expect in 2026

For a steakhouse built on simplicity, Rowley’s expansion strategy is proving ambitious. With Yas Bay next on the list, Abu Dhabi diners can expect quality cuts, straightforward pricing and the same crowd-pulling energy that made the Dubai launch a success.

Abu Dhabi’s steak scene is about to get even more competitive in 2026.
