Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is set to make the first half of 2026 unforgettable, hosting 71 international exhibitions and conferences across multiple sectors. From food and healthcare to energy, technology, tourism, and culture, Dubai is reinforcing its position as a global hub for business, trade, and innovation.
The H1 2026 calendar includes marquee events such as Gulfood, World Health Expo (WHX), and Arabian Travel Market, attracting investors, decision-makers, and industry leaders from across the globe. Several mega events will span both DWTC and the expanded Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), increasing the city's capacity for large-scale international gatherings while boosting economic impact.
Dubai's Hub for Global Trade and Innovation
"DWTC's H1 2026 events calendar reinforces Dubai's role as a catalyst for economic growth, business tourism, and cross-sector collaboration," said Mahir Julfar, Executive Vice President at DWTC. He added that utilising both venues will support event growth and enhance contributions to the local economy.
The DEC's Dhs10 billion expansion, aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Expo City Dubai, is central to this capacity push. Since 1979, DWTC has hosted nearly 6,400 events, generating Dhs270 billion in economic output and welcoming over 40 million business visitors.
