Dubai Courts has launched Tanfeeth+, a fully digital platform that revolutionizes how civil judgment enforcement requests are initiated and executed. Where the process previously took days, weeks, or even months, the new system completes it in seconds — a first in the UAE and a landmark step in the emirate's judicial modernization drive.

What Is the Tanfeeth+ Programme?

Tanfeeth+ is a comprehensive digital enforcement ecosystem integrated directly into the Dubai Courts website. It automates the entire civil judgment execution workflow, from filing a request to disbursing funds, eliminating the need for physical visits to service centres.

The programme forms part of Dubai Courts' three-year strategic plan to improve the execution of civil judgments and raise the overall efficiency of its services.

What Officials Said

Dubai Courts Director General Prof. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi described Tanfeeth+ as the dawn of a new era in digital judicial services.

"This programme is part of a massive digital drive aiming at improving the operation of the judicial enforcement system in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai," Al Suwaidi said.

He noted that a thorough analysis of recurring issues in judicial enforcement directly led to the development and adoption of Tanfeeth+.

Judge Khalid Al Mansouri, Head of the Execution Court at Dubai Courts, said the platform embodies the court's ambition to be first in the nation and admired worldwide. Its core objectives are to speed up case disposition, increase public confidence in the justice system, maintain social and economic order, and improve the performance of enforcement agencies.

Key Features of Tanfeeth+

The platform introduces eight major innovations in civil judgment enforcement:

1. Digital Writ of Execution Seal — Allows petitioners to begin enforcement procedures without visiting a service centre. 2. Disclosure Platform — Enables judges to directly query a respondent's assets and order asset sales if necessary. 3. MOI Integration — Automatically enforces liberty-restricting orders, travel bans, and property freezes. 4. Digital Requests — Automates key steps in execution procedures and administrative decisions. 5. Sale Notification System — Alerts officials when seized items are ready to be auctioned. 6. Automated Cancellation of Enforcement — Lifts seizures and closes procedures automatically once payment is received. 7. Automated Disbursement System — Transfers deposited funds directly to the petitioner's bank account with no delay. 8. Virtual Bank Accounts — Automatically distributes seized assets for efficient management.

Part of a Wider Digital Transformation

Tanfeeth+ connects Dubai Courts with a growing network of partners. The first implementation phase links the courts to the databases of the RTA, banks, Dubai Land Department, Etisalat, and the Dubai Financial Market. A second phase will extend integration to federal-level departments and other emirates.

The launch is the latest evidence of Dubai's relentless push toward a fully digitized justice system — one that is faster, more transparent, and more accessible to the public.
