Global Village Dubai announced a three-week extension of its milestone Season 30, pushing the closing date to Sunday, May 31, 2026 — right in the middle of Eid Al Adha. The news dropped on May 10, which had been the originally scheduled last day of the season. If you have not made it to Global Village this season yet, you officially have no more excuses.

Global Village Extends Season 30 Through Eid Al Adha

Global Village was closed for more than 51 days due to ongoing regional tensions, only reopening on April 20 with fanfare and a variety of shopping deals. The three-week extension was a direct response to that disruption, giving residents and visitors a proper window to experience the season during the UAE's Eid Al Adha holiday.

Fernando Eiroa, CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment, made the reasoning clear. "Concluding the season during Eid Al Adha, a time that brings communities together, allows us to celebrate alongside the families, residents and visitors who have made this chapter so memorable," he said.

What Season 30 Has Looked Like

The 30th edition of Global Village went big on scale. The destination hosted more than 90 cultures, 3,500 retail outlets, and 250-plus dining options. It also featured 450 performers staging more than 40,500 shows, alongside more than 200 rides, games, and attractions at Carnaval.

Eiroa described Season 30 as "a significant milestone for Global Village," pointing to three decades of growth, evolution, and shared success. The season ran with a mid-season closure and still pulled strong crowds after its April reopening.

Deals and Hours for the Final Weeks

The last few weeks come with real incentives. The Dh99 Wonder Pass gives guests unlimited access to all rides at Carnaval. The Family Offer packages four entry tickets for the price of one at just Dh30, with any additional ticket available for Dh7.5 each.

Global Village will be open from 5pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 5pm to midnight from Sunday to Thursday. Tuesdays are reserved exclusively for ladies, families, and couples. Every ticket purchased also counts as an entry into the Dh10 million draw running throughout Season 30. Entry starts from Dh25.

Season 31 Is Already in the Works

Global Village has confirmed it is now preparing for Season 31, with plans to introduce new pavilion concepts and enhance cultural programming. No official opening date has been announced yet, but the park historically reopens in October once temperatures in Dubai cool down enough for outdoor activity. The destination has consistently expanded its offering each year, and Season 31 is expected to follow that pattern.

What This Means for You

Season 30 wraps up on May 31, and it is going out loud. Whether you have been a regular this season or are showing up for the first time, the final weeks at Global Village Dubai are genuinely worth the trip. Grab the Wonder Pass, round up the family, and give Season 30 the send-off it earned.
