Marsa Boulevard Dubai Season 2 is closing this Sunday, May 3, and if you still haven't made it out, the window on that plan is officially gone. The waterfront promenade at Dubai Festival City has confirmed final week hours, and the season wraps for good on Sunday night. No further extensions are expected.
A Season Worth Talking About at Marsa Boulevard Dubai
Since opening in October 2025, the second season of Marsa Boulevard has consistently delivered cool collaborations and exciting pop-ups to residents and visitors alike.
The destination was originally set to close on April 26 but received a one-week extension, pushing the confirmed final date to Sunday, May 3.
The season's lineup was genuinely strong. Cult-favourite cafés like Fynd, WatchHouse, Trio, and Brooki set up on the promenade, alongside art exhibitions, makeup brand takeovers, and fashion pop-ups that kept the lineup rotating throughout the season.
WatchHouse, the acclaimed London-born coffee house, made its UAE debut at Marsa Boulevard this season — a significant milestone for the city's specialty coffee scene.
Curly House, a ramen concept fronted by Emirati food creator Mohamed Alhosani, brought his viral fusion recipes to a dedicated spot on the promenade. Other returning favourites included Sadeem, Flat 12, Lost in Tokyo, FYND, and The Grotto.
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited Marsa Boulevard in October 2025.
Final Week Hours at Marsa Boulevard
For the remaining days through Sunday, Marsa Boulevard operates on the following schedule:
- Weekdays: 6 PM to midnight - Weekends: 6 PM to 1 AM
Entry to the promenade is free. Individual restaurants, cafés, and pop-up vendors have their own pricing.
What the Promenade Actually Has
The promenade is made to walk, matcha in hand. Fabric and mirror installations give the space a dreamy visual quality, with photo-worthy moments scattered throughout.
One of the most talked-about features this season has been the Banner Drop, where a large banner is unveiled from the bridge, creating a striking photo moment for visitors on the waterfront.
On the retail side, concept stores this season included The Good Life, focused on urban and contemporary wear; Comptoir 102, a wellness and lifestyle concept; Rosie's, centred on eccentric fashion; Select by Niche, featuring up-and-coming designers alongside luxury pieces; and Maison de Mode, a fashion and sustainability concept store.
The Charm Bar, the jewellery hub credited with bringing the charm craze to Dubai, also had a spot at Marsa Boulevard Dubai this season, collaborating with sister brand Aglaiia to offer permanent jewellery and friendship bracelets.
The promenade also saw consistent cultural programming, with fashion brand activations, independent art exhibitions, and rotating culinary collaborations throughout the October-to-May run.
Plan Your Last Visit This Weekend
Marsa Boulevard is a seasonal destination that runs from October to April, designed around Dubai's cooler evenings. With May 3 confirmed as the hard close for the 2025–2026 season, this Sunday is the final call, no exceptions.
Getting there is straightforward. By car, head along Sheikh Rashid Road/E11, take Exit 58 toward D83, and follow signs toward Marsa Al Khor and Festival Promenade. By public transport, buses 24, 44, 53, F08, and F62 stop at Dubai Festival City, Festival Centre 1, with a six-minute walk to the promenade.
Marsa Boulevard Dubai has had one of its strongest seasons yet. Sunday is the last night. Make it count.
