Dubai is increasing its cultural aspirations and has launched the Dubai Orchestra Project and has officially been accepted by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Executive Council.
History On June 18, 2025, Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, announced the launch of Dubai Orchestra and turned it into a game-changer in the arts landscape in the region. Dubai Culture will drive this large-scale project with its partners in the public and private sectors and will make Dubai one of the world destinations in terms of music and cultural creativity.
The project will facilitate the development of a lively creative climate and assist Dubai Creative Economy Strategy and Dubai Social Agenda 33, as it has been announced by Sheikha Latifa on Instagram.
