This historical development shows the overall vision of Dubai to be on top of the new artistic innovations and put arts and culture in the understanding of the global identity. With time, it becomes clearer that both the residents and the world community of arts and culture are interested in the advent of the orchestra and a renewal of cultural manifestations it is going to bring.
