Qatar
Qatar has announced a five-day break tied to the Eid Al Adha 2025 holidays. The break begins on Arafah Day, Thursday, June 5, and runs through the extended Eid weekend, giving residents an extra-long stretch to celebrate.
Kuwait
Kuwait's Cabinet has confirmed that all government institutions will be closed from June 5 through June 9, with work resuming on Tuesday, June 10. The Al Ojairi Scientific Center expects Eid Al Adha to fall on Friday, June 6, in line with other Gulf states.
UAE Eid Al Adha 2025 Holiday
The UAE had not officially declared the exact dates at the time of this report, but expectations pointed to a holiday running from Thursday, June 5, to Sunday, June 8. Under UAE Cabinet rules, public holidays that fall on weekends are not compensated with additional weekdays off — so residents are advised to plan accordingly.
