Pull Up a Chair Exhibition Opens
One of the UAE's newest exhibitions officially opens this weekend.
Hosted at Abu Dhabi Cultural Centre, Pull Up a Chair brings together 17 artists exploring themes of memory, identity, and belonging through contemporary works. Curated by Sara Al Sulaimani in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Culture, the exhibition runs until August 21 with free admission.

Sunday, July 5
The Parlour: Mic Check
If you've ever wanted to perform in front of a live audience, this is your chance.
Hosted at 25hours Hotel One Central, the evening welcomes stand-up comedians, poets, musicians, storytellers, and improv performers. A DJ set and live music kick things off before the open mic begins.

The Life Check-In
Wrap up the weekend with a reset before Monday.
Hosted by Natalie Tsarkis at PAUS Club, this guided workshop focuses on practical self-reflection across work, health, relationships, and personal wellbeing. Participants leave with exercises designed to create healthier routines for the week ahead.
