More and more new restaurants in Dubai 2025 are preparing to open their doors, making the city's dining scene even more compelling. Food lovers can find much to enjoy — from breezy beach concepts to high-glam celebrity dining rooms.
Canary Beach, Palm Jumeirah
The new Canary Beach arrives at Club Vista Mare on Palm Jumeirah, created by the same team behind Canary Club and The MAINE. Expect a menu of beach-ready dishes including sushi and ceviches designed for a relaxed seaside setting.
CARBONE at Atlantis The Royal
CARBONE, the acclaimed Italian-American restaurant from New York, is opening at Atlantis The Royal. A magnet for celebrities, it promises veal parmesan, tuxedo-clad wait staff, and a dining room atmosphere straight from 1950s New York.
Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah's Four New Concepts
Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah is launching four distinct venues at once: Cazibeli, a Turkish-inspired communal dining experience; Novikov, serving Italian-Mediterranean cuisine; Park Chinois, a luxury Chinese restaurant evoking 1930s Shanghai; and Rubia Gallega, a Spanish steakhouse focused on prized Galician beef.
Geisha and Mūn in DIFC and La Mer
Pan-Asian cuisine, a live sushi bar, and evening entertainment are all part of the promise when Geisha opens in the DIFC district in May. At the same time, the French concept Mūn will offer sharing plates rooted in Asian flavours at J1 Beach, La Mer.
Nobu One Za'abeel
Nobu One Za'abeel is the newest Dubai outpost of the global Nobu brand. Located at The Link, One Za'abeel, it will offer sweeping skyline views, private dining options, and a live events programme.
YUBI — Dubai's First Japanese Handroll Bar
YUBI rounds out our list as the city's first homegrown Japanese handroll bar. It debuts at 25 Jump Street, One Central in August, with handrolls made to order at the counter — a format that remains genuinely new to Dubai.
With such a diverse wave of new Dubai restaurant openings in 2025, the city's culinary ambitions have never looked more impressive.
