Packed cafés and pricey hotel lobbies now have fresh competition in DIFC. Bondz has launched Executive Work Hours, a weekday concept offering professionals four-hour packages for coffee meetings, remote work and client lunches from AED 45.

The speakeasy-inspired executive lounge is located at Emirates Financial Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre. Its daytime offer is available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 4pm.

Entrepreneurs, founders, executives and corporate teams can use the lounge for client appointments, brainstorming sessions, business lunches or an afternoon of remote work. Three packages are available, with coffee, food and selected beverages included according to the chosen option.

The concept gives guests fixed pricing and a defined session period. Warm lighting, wood panelling, plush leather seating and acoustic features support private conversations within a hospitality setting.

Three Executive Work Hours Packages Are Available

Bondz Executive Work Hours includes The Espresso Stop, The Desk and The Ritual. Every package is valid for up to four hours.

The Espresso Stop for AED 45

The Espresso Stop includes a buy-one-get-one-free coffee offer.

This package suits short coffee meetings, introductions and afternoon catch-ups. It is also the lowest-priced option in the Executive Work Hours selection.

The regular Bondz coffee menu lists espresso at AED 25. Americano and cortado cost AED 28 each, while a flat white is AED 35.

The Desk for AED 95

The Desk includes unlimited coffee for up to two guests, one starter and one complimentary house beverage.

With a four-hour session included, the package can accommodate a detailed client discussion, planning appointment or remote work session for two people.

The Ritual for AED 195

The Ritual includes unlimited coffee for up to three guests, one starter, one main course and one complimentary signature beverage.

The package is intended for business lunches, team discussions and longer appointments. Guests can dine while conducting their meeting without arranging food and drinks separately.

Eligible starters, main courses and complimentary beverages should be confirmed directly with Bondz when booking or ordering.

The Idea Came From Corporate Meeting Culture

Bondz founder Ashish Agrawal spent close to two decades in Dubai’s banking sector. During his corporate career, he regularly attended meetings in cafés, hotel lobbies and boardrooms.

That experience informed the Executive Work Hours format. Agrawal saw a need for a daytime venue offering hospitality service, comfortable seating and privacy for professional discussions.

According to Agrawal, important business conversations frequently take place outside an office. Crowded cafés can make detailed discussions difficult, while hotel lobbies may not provide enough privacy. Executive lounges commonly focus on evening service, limiting their availability during the working day.

Bondz created the weekday packages as a work-focused take on the familiar happy-hour concept. The offer centers on coffee, dining and business conversations between noon and 4pm.

Agrawal began his entrepreneurial career in 2016 after leaving banking. His early years in business included financial risks, difficult calls and lessons outside a formal classroom. He has described failure as an important part of his progress as an entrepreneur.

His hospitality philosophy centers on honesty, respect, consistency and guest care. He also takes a hands-on approach with his team and considers attention to service essential to the Bondz experience.

Hospitality professional Nitesh Manghnani joined Bondz as Experience Curator. Executive Chef Brando Del Mundo leads the venue’s culinary direction.

Bondz Serves Sushi, Sharing Plates and Comfort Food

Bondz has an international menu focused on contemporary comfort food and dishes suitable for sharing. Guests can order sushi, salads, seafood, chicken, bao, sliders, snacks and desserts.

The small sushi plates include the California Shrimp Roll, Crispy Chicken Roll, Veg Volcanic Roll and Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice. Each costs AED 60.

The Double Shrimp Roll is priced at AED 65 and contains shrimp tempura, shrimp and an aniseed wasabi sauce. The Aburi Salmon Tartar also costs AED 65 and comes with seasoned salmon tartare, mustard and an aromatic oil.

A three-piece sashimi selection featuring salmon, tuna or hamachi is AED 65. Two-piece nigiri with salmon, tuna, hamachi or aburi beef costs AED 55.

Light lunch choices include the Asian Chilli Lime Prawn Salad for AED 55 and the Mexican Street Corn Salad for AED 45. The cheese platter, served with crackers and vegetable crudités, costs AED 40.

Why Bondz Chose DIFC

DIFC houses banks, investment firms, law practices, consultancies and corporate offices. Its professional community creates regular demand for meeting venues during the working day.

Emirates Financial Towers is a twin-tower commercial development containing offices, retail facilities and food and beverage venues. A glass skybridge links the towers, while the development also provides access to the wider DIFC district.

The location gives Bondz direct proximity to executives and professionals seeking a venue for discussions outside their offices.

Executive Work Hours adds a structured daytime offer to the lounge’s regular service. Guests can select a package according to their group size, meeting format and dining needs.
