A short journey leads to peaceful beaches, beautiful mountains, and fascinating history. Whether you prefer to fly, take the bus, or hit the road, here are all the ways to travel from the UAE to Oman this Eid Al Adha.
Fly from the UAE to Oman
The fastest way to reach Oman is by air. Flights from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah to Muscat take only 45 minutes to one hour. Several airlines offer competitive fares:

Daily flights operate from all three UAE airports, making it easy to find a departure that fits your schedule.
Take the Bus from Dubai or Abu Dhabi to Muscat
If budget is a priority, the bus is a solid option. Al Khanjry Transport runs daily services from Dubai to Muscat at 7am, 3pm, and 9pm. One-way tickets cost Dhs95, and the journey takes approximately six hours including rest stops and the border crossing.
Travellers between Abu Dhabi and Muscat can also use Mwasalat, Oman's official transport company. Buses depart Muscat at 6:30am, arriving in Abu Dhabi at 3:40pm. Northbound departures leave Abu Dhabi at 10:45am and reach Muscat by 8:35pm. One-way fares are Dhs109.70, and passengers are allowed up to 23 kg of checked luggage plus 7 kg of hand baggage.
Drive from the UAE to Oman
For those who enjoy a road trip, driving to Oman is a scenic and flexible experience. The journey takes around five hours, and you can choose from several border crossings depending on where you are departing from:
