To assist the passengers move in and out of the terminal, answer questions and operate smart travel technologies conveniently, working teams and customer service employees will be on a high alert 24 hours a day.

Sharjah Airport would wish to encourage people to be at the airport at least three hours before their departure just to make their experience hustle free. The passengers are also advised to update themselves on their airlines by communicating directly to them to make flight plan queries and any likely amendments.

The SAA has also increased the logistical, health and security measures as the aviation industry is changing its standards.
