Sharjah Airport Prepares for 800,000 Passengers During Peak Summer Rush

This summer Sharjah Airport is anticipating welcoming more than 800,000 passengers travelling in the period between July 1 and 15, 2025, when the peak travel season will be at its height. Judging by the fact that the volume of traveled will significantly increase, the Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) introduces an extensive program to make sure that everything works well and customers will be provided with the highest level of service quality.

The airport has stepped up the game in all the departments, to ensure that there is efficiency, safety, and comfort during this peak season, which has been achieved through teamwork with strategic partners. To assist the passengers move in and out of the terminal, answer questions and operate smart travel technologies conveniently, working teams and customer service employees will be on a high alert 24 hours a day.

Sharjah Airport would wish to encourage people to be at the airport at least three hours before their departure just to make their experience hustle free. The passengers are also advised to update themselves on their airlines by communicating directly to them to make flight plan queries and any likely amendments.

The SAA has also increased the logistical, health and security measures as the aviation industry is changing its standards. The mentioned measures are intended to maintain a secure, convenient, and contemporary traveling experience, in which all of the guests feel secure and may rely on Sharjah Airport as on a trustworthy and forward-looking hub in the sphere of regional and international travel.

Such proactive war plans are in line with Sharjahs continuous renovation of the aviation infrastructure and support the airports to accommodate the increased customer demand.
