DXB has introduced a new service whereby one can search for your lost baggage and have it returned in less than five minutes. The new baggage service centre is effectively positioned in the Terminal number 2 near the baggage reclaim belts opposite exit number two; the new baggage service centre is initiated in cooperation between the Dubai Airports, the Dubai Police force, the Dubai Customs and the dnata.
This too is opened whole round the clock, and once one describes and furnishes the luggage tag number, the particular luggage is easily recovered. It also gives services that are associated with luggage that is damaged in some way, with replacement services available instanteously. Besides, the centre also provides transfer passengers with the opportunity to make a city tour of Dubai without taking their luggage with them.
