One of the key highlights of the forum was the launch of the AI Screen – Al Ameen, a new digital initiative that enhances interaction between the Al Ameen Service and the public. This innovative platform, powered by artificial intelligence, serves as an interactive communication hub allowing residents to confidentially report incidents, share concerns, or communicate directly with service personnel.
The system uses emotion and facial recognition technology to adapt communication tone and collect detailed insights, while supporting multiple languages for inclusivity. These smart screens, to be placed in public spaces across Dubai, aim to make neighborhoods proactive partners in safety.
