Trump Tower Set to Rise in Dubai by 2025

Dubai is set for another erection of a magnificent tower this time suffering the Trump brand. This new project is planned for completion in 2025, that are second Trump’s project in UAE next to Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills.

This new tower will also feature a Trump Hotel and What some say is a Trump lifestyle complex of residences. Although, in 2005 a Trump tower was proposed in Dubai on the Palm Jumeirah, it was never constructed. The actual project of that type was stopped in 2009 and never continued.

Currently, given the recent news about the Trump tower, new information on the location of the building and its design will be provided not later than the year within the construction, 2024. Trump business will not invest or sell properties in this new project at all. Instead, they will provide the name and branding, and Saudi Arabian developer Dar Global, will build the structure.

Since there are many new towers under construction in Dubai, this particular Trump Tower is and among the new landmark of the city. For instance, Wasl currently has in its pipeline a new luxury high-rise called One B Tower, which will be situated in Business Bay as a vantage point to the Dubai Water Canal. Also, the tallest residential tower in the world is still under construction in Dubai Marina and another brand new tower also under construction in Downtown Dubai with magnificent view and privileged living experience that will be similar to resort.
